The driver contacted me in the morning to give me an estimated time of arrival later in the day. He then contacted me two further times to update me on his progress as there were hold ups on the motorway.
He arrived at his given ETA with the vehicle and apologised for the delay, due to heavy motorway traffic. He was very friendly and polite and efficiently showed me around the vehicle, talking me through the signing off process. He answered all my questions politely and was extremely helpful.
